Diephin is one of the main villains in Power Rangers Oceanforce, and soon the boss villain in Power Rangers Ultra Oceanforce.
History[]
The first time the rangers see him is for a short amount of time in Episode 4. He soon does his first attack on the rangers in Episode 5, where he hits Deker with a black electric ball to make him lose his memory and be a full Nighlok. The rangers soon destroy him, and turn him back to normal. The rangers fight Diephin, which he makes them black out. The rangers soon find out in Episode 7 that Diephin has the reviver, and he revives the Generation 12 Energy Bot. more to be added
